Centuries ago, shepherds of the Caucasus Mountains packed their milk in leather pouches, where it naturally fermented into a tangy health- restoring beverage. This was how kefir (Turkish for "good feeling") was created.

Fast-forward a few hundred years to the foothills of the Rockies, where two good friends (Niki & Barb) came up with our own version of this ancient, health-restoring beverage.

-1 part inner-eco, Super Strength kefir
-3 parts sparkling (or your favorite) water
-Sweeten with liquid flavored Sweet Leaf Stevia drops to taste
    (We enjoy Vanilla Cream mixed with Valencia Orange, Grape, Lemon or new Berry)
-Fresh lemon and/or lime juice to taste
