Coconut Water Vs. Coconut Milk

Hand Slicing Top of Coconut with Machete as Juice Sprays
Coconut water forms naturally inside the coconut while coconut milk is produced, through manufacturing, by crushing coconut meat and extracting the juice.  As far as appearance, coconut water looks like slightly cloudy ordinary water while coconut milk resembles the color and texture of dairy cream. The two liquids also differ completely in taste, texture and nutritional content. Handcrafted and made in small batches, inner-ēco™ probiotics begin with freshly harvested coconut water from young green (less than six months old) coconuts. The coconut water is then further enhanced, through the introduction of kefir cultures, to produce a probiotic with exceptional health-supporting characteristics.
