Ingredients

  • 1 - 2-oz packet inner-ēco™ Fresh Frozen Puréed Young Coconut
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth.
