Base

  • 1 - 2oz packet of inner-ēco 100% Fresh Frozen Puréed Young Coconut
  • 1/4 cup water

Mix In Options

  • 1 Cup of Frozen Fruit of Veggies
  • 1 Tbsp Nuts & Seeds (Chia, Hemp, Flax, etc.)
  • Boost Powders (Matcha, Turmeric, Cacao, etc.)
  • 1 Tbsp Nut or Sunflower Butter
  • 1-2 scoops of Protein Powder (Collagen Powder, Pea Protein, Whey Protein, etc.)
  • Natural Sweeteners (Bananas, Dates, Stevia, etc.)
  • 1 tsp Omega 3 oil (Flax, Fish, Hemp, etc.)
Add all base and mix-in ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Topping Options

  • 1 Tbsp of inner-ēco Probiotic Coconut Water - flavor of choice
  • Chopped Nuts & Seeds
  • Fresh or Dried Fruit (Goji Berries, Blueberries, Apricots, etc.)
  • Honey
