- 1 - 2oz packet of inner-eco 100% Fresh Frozen Puréed Young Coconut
- 1 cup water
Mix In Options
- 1 Cup of Frozen Fruit or Veggies
- 1 Tbsp Nuts & Seeds (Chia, Hemp, Flax, etc.)
- Boost Powders (Matcha, Turmeric, Cacao, etc.)
- 1 Tbsp Nut or Sunflower Butter
- 1-2 scoops of Protein Powder (Collagen Powder, Pea Protein, Why Protein, etc.)
- Natural Sweeteners (Bananas, Dates, Stevia, etc.)
- 1 tsp Omega 3 oil (Flax, Fish, Hemp, etc.)
Topping Options
- 1 Tbsp of inner-eco Probiotic Coconut Water - flavor of choice
- Chopped Nuts & Seeds
- Fresh or Dried Fruit (Goji Berries, Blueberries, Apricots, etc.)
- Honey
- Add all base and mix-in ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
